Still waiting for a dispatch email?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Please check your spam or junk folder. We email tracking information once your order is dispatched.
What does the delivery estimate mean?
Delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch, in addition to the 1–2 business days of processing. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created. Items in the same order can arrive in separate parcels.
