Free shipping, Australia-wide
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum spend. We currently accept Australian delivery addresses only.
When will my order arrive?
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6–10 business days, including processing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing follows Sydney time (AEST/AEDT). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote destinations, public holidays, customs checks and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If a significant delay affects your order, contact us so we can investigate and explain your options. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by these estimates.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners, including partners outside Australia. We do not promise dispatch from a local warehouse. We email tracking information after dispatch; the first carrier update may take time to appear. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels at no extra standard delivery charge.
Address details and changes
Check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it. We will try to make changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once a parcel is in transit. For PO boxes or locations with restricted access, contact us before ordering so we can check delivery arrangements.
Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries
Use our contact form and include your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the item and packaging are helpful where practical. A request for photographs does not remove your consumer rights.
